Our Story
Simply Dumping Legally (SDL) was founded in 2025 with a dual purpose: to create meaningful job opportunities within the community and to help keep municipalities across Northwest Indiana clean and free from illegal dumping.

As redevelopment and economic growth continue to expand throughout urban communities, the need for responsible waste removal has become more important than ever. SDL is committed to being part of the solution by providing safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible junk and construction debris removal services.

​We proudly partner with Neighborhood Block Clubs to organize community cleanups, helping residents reclaim and maintain the beauty of their neighborhoods. In addition to large-scale efforts, we also serve individuals and contractors with convenient junk removal solutions tailored to their needs.

Our pricing is simple and transparent—we charge by the load (a load equals approximately 1.5 tons of landfill-acceptable waste). For those who don’t have a full load, our monthly Neighborhood Community Cleanups allow customers to pay only for the space they use in the truck, making our services accessible and affordable for everyone.​
